Cancellations/Refund Policy
Fees and Payments
User agrees to pay for all charges and fees incurred in connection with your user name and password for PEdatabase's Paid Subscription Services. User will not be billed for 7 days after subscribing. User understands that the monthly cost after the initial 7 day trial period is a flat $34.95 per month. User understands that the annual cost after the initial 7 day trial period is $345.00.
The monthly or annual fees for your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process at the start of the monthly or annual period (after the trial period), and will auto-renew each month or year until membership is terminated.
Cancellations
Sales are non-refundable. If user cancels during a monthly period, user's account will remain active until that month's period is over.
Members may cancel through the account manager in the members' area of PEdatabase or by email. For membership cancellations, to report unauthorized use of PEdatabase, or any account issues/questions, please send an email to support@pedatabase.com
